XMOBILE Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company") conducts rental, sales and reuse businesses for communications equipment, and recognizes that protection of personal information, including individual numbers (specified personal information), is a significant responsibility. Accordingly, based on our personal information protection principles and our own code of conduct, we fully acknowledge our social mission and will protect the rights of individuals and comply with laws and regulations concerning personal information.
We will establish a Personal Information Protection Management System to realize the policies set out below, and, while remaining aware of trends in IT technology, changes in social demands and fluctuations in the business environment, we declare that the entire company will work together to continuously improve that system.

7. Measures implemented to ensure safety management of retained personal data
The Company has established regulations on handling of personal information and specified personal information, as well as regulations on security measures, and takes measures in accordance with those regulations.

Procedures for Disclosure, etc. of Retained Personal Data
Regarding retained personal data, the Company provides the following information on requests for notification of purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion of contents, suspension of use, erasure and suspension of provision to third parties (disclosure, etc.) and requests for disclosure of records of third‑party provision.

(2) How we confirm that the requester of disclosure, etc. is the individual or an agent
- (a) To confirm that the requester is the individual, the complaint/consultation desk manager will verify identity using the identity verification documents specified below.
- (b) To confirm that the requester is an agent, in addition to the identity verification documents for the requester, the complaint/consultation desk manager will verify documents proving the relationship between the subject of disclosure and the agent and identity verification documents for the agent, according to whether the agent is a voluntary agent or a statutory agent (guardian for minors, adult guardian, or person with parental authority).
- (c) Identity verification documents for the individual and the agent require copies of photo ID issued by a public institution, such as the following examples:
